<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where erroneous discharge is generated between lead wires. <P>SOLUTION: Three lead wires such as a common lead wire 82, a sub-lead wire 83 and a main lead wire 84 are wired in a form separated from one another. The common lead wire 82 is particularly significantly separated from the sub-lead wire 83.
