SHOE SOLE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe sole manufacturing method which can improve durability by maintaining a foot comfort and can form a shoe sole relatively easily.

SOLUTION: This manufacturing method enables the injection of a raw material of an outsole on a bottom mold that composes a bottom surface section of a mold. A semi-cured outsole is formed by curing the raw material of the outsole and pressurizing it by a dummy mold and a predetermined amount of gaseous body is introduced to a part of an interface between the dummy mold and the semi-cure out sole with the dummy mold pressed against the semi-cure outsole. The dummy mold is removed from the semi-cure outsole immediately thereafter and the raw material of a midsole is injected on the semi-cured outsole. The midsole is formed by curing the midsole and the semi-cured outsole and pressurizing by a last mold which an upper of a shoe is set to conjugate the midsole with the outsole and the upper of the shoe.
