<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hyperlipemia treating agent capable of inhibiting selectively a microsomal triglyceride transfer protein (MTP) in the small bowel, without acting substantially on the MTP in the liver, nor producing an adverse effect, such as fatty liver. <P>SOLUTION: An ester compound expressed by general formula (1') [R<SP>2'</SP>, R<SP>2"</SP>are each H, a 1-6C (halo)alkyl, a 1-6C alkoxy, a 1-6C acyl, a 3-7C cycloalkyl, a halogen, a 2-6C alkenyl or cyano; X<SB>1</SB>is -O- or NR<SP>10</SP>-(R<SP>10</SP>is H, a 1-6C alkyl or a 3-7C cycloalkyl); R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>, R<SP>6</SP>, R<SP>7</SP>, R<SP>8</SP>, R<SP>9</SP>, ring C, l and m are each defined in the specification, provided that a case in which ring C is a 6-14C aryl, a heterocyclic or a 3-7C cycloaryl, and R<SP>8</SP>and R<SP>9</SP>are each -CON(R<SP>18</SP>)(R<SP>19</SP>) (R<SP>18</SP>and R<SP>19</SP>are each defined in the specification) or -COO(R<SP>20</SP>) (R<SP>20</SP>is defined in the specification) is not included] or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
