PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire different items of information from a home network device through a network even when an engineer cannot easily go to a site for reason of midnight, remote place, etc. and provide a remote operating method of a home terminal for CATV lines which can further be operated by a remote control. SOLUTION: It is a remote operating method of the CATV line including the home terminal for the CATV and a remote control module to control the home terminal for the CATV.
