PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus which can process data based on a plurality of element information previously attached to data. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 10 reads attached information having a plurality of attribute from a recording medium 4 in which a data group to which attached information having a plurality of attribute is added is recorded, allots a numerical value for each attribute based on attached information obtained by the obtaining means, allots a numerical value for each factor of each attribute based on attached information obtained by the obtaining means, calculates these numerical values and calculates a discrimination value for each data constituting the data group, and a processing order of the data groups is decided based on the discrimination value.
