PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip detector having a mass production effect and a flexible constitution, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In a biochip for fixing a probe and bringing a target into contact with the probe to detect and analyze a biomolecule, a lid member 3 is closely brought into contact with a half-split plate 2 having a flow channel 2a formed therein and a recessed groove 2b formed to the peripheral edge part of the flow channel 2a by a mold constitution in opposed relation to the plate 2 and a synthetic resin is injected in the recessed groove 2b to be bonded thereto to manufacture a detector 1.
