PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for performing frequency analysis which is effective in industrial applications without using high-grade means such as a spectral analyzer when input vibration frequencies are unknown or unspecified, being a combination of a plurality of frequencies. SOLUTION: Frequency analysis is performed by installing cantilevers having a plurality of eigenfrequencies as a vibration sensor and using the phenomenon that a cantilever, which resonates (of which the eigenfrequency coincides) with an input frequency, is excited.
