PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a carbon assimilation action of crops, and to provide a constant temperature distribution in a space of a whole greenhouse by circulating air accumulated in an upper layer and a lower layer in a greenhouse or the like for growing vegetables or the like, and to reduce loss of hot air accumulated in the upper layer of the greenhouse through a ceiling by properly adjusting humidity in the greenhouse by using a dehumidification effect. SOLUTION: The air circulation and dehumidifier system is composed of a cylindrical body part having a circulating fan, a wind direction diffusion part, a semiconductor device for dehumidification, a heating coil piece for heat exchange, a discoidal heat exchange plate formed with a plurality of holes bored in a plate thickness direction, a dehumidification piece, a moisture removal part having an air exhaust part and a water drainage port, and a power supply part.
