PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating floor structure, obtaining the temperature of a sheet-like heating unit with good responsiveness over a wide range and having excellent temperature controllability and safety. SOLUTION: This heating floor structure 10 includes: a underfloor material 11 such as a permanent plywood, a particle board, a synthetic resin board, and a synthetic resin sheet, which is supported by a support member 11a of a building; a sheet-like heating unit 12 placed to cover the underfloor material 11 and heated by application of electric power to heating electrodes thereof; a floor material 13 lined on the sheet-like heating unit 12; a thermal conductivity sensor mount plate 14 disposed closely to the back of the sheet-like heating unit 12; and a temperature sensor 15, the detecting part 15a of which is abutted on the thermal conductivity sensor mount plate 14 and the terminal part and lead wire 15b end part of which are buried in a fitting hole part 11b formed in the underfloor material 11.
