PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pedestal of a floor board construction supporting leg capable of increasing supporting rigidity of a floor board while having a buffer function. SOLUTION: The elastic pedestal 19 comprises an upper side pedestal section 23 formed in the shape of a truncated invert cone and receiving load applied to the floor board 4 through a supporting bolt 9 by corresponding to an insertion part of the supporting bolt 9, a lower side pedestal section 24 receiving load applied to the upper side pedestal section 23 formed in a cylindrical shape having an approximately equal diameter over the whole body and receiving load applied to the upper side pedestal section 23 by corresponding to a non-insertion section of the supporting bolt 9 and an uneven step section 25 provided to a boundary between the upper side pedestal section 23 and the lower side pedestal section 24 over the whole circumference and having difficulty transferring a deformation of the upper side pedestal section 23 elastically deformed by load applied to the floor board 4 to the lower side pedestal section 24.
