PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy exercise implement contributing to health by straightening and stretching the waist utilizing a user's weight to relieve the fatigue of the stiff waist apt to stoop to thereby acquire the flexible waist. SOLUTION: This exercise implement comprises a resilient waist contact plate 1 serving as a cushion to soften contact with the waist, and a support base 2 having an arcuate projecting curved surface on the upper face and having strength enough to withstand the weight. The shape of the curved surface of the waist contact part and the supporting height determine the intensity of stimulation to the waist.
