PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collar for exterminating insects, in which image is printed on the surface of a resin containing an agent, having a decorative property and to provide a method capable of readily producing the collar. SOLUTION: The collar for exterminating insects forms an image on the surface of the resin containing the agent.
