<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition exhibiting an anti-blood coagulation action, not as a pharmaceutical used under supervision by a medical doctor nor as a food requiring special supervision by the medical doctor. <P>SOLUTION: The composition comprises as essential ingredients both CoQ-10 and Natto-kinase, and is provided in a form such as a soft capsule, a hard capsule, a tablet, a powder or a solution so that it can be readily orally ingested. A deactivation-prevention treatment by coating the surroundings of the Natto-kinase with a coating resistant to gastric acid in the stomach suppresses attenuation of activities of Natto-kinase by the acid in the stomach in the case of oral ingestion.
