PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably reduce noise accompanying disk rotation. SOLUTION: When a tray 6 is in a rotary-driving position (second position) in a casing 8, a tray vibration-absorption part 61 (a part of locking means) is engaged with a holding part 81 (a part of locking means), and the tray is locked in the wall of a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the tray in the casing. Thus, even when a disk is rotary-driven at a high speed, the swinging of the tray is prevented, and the vibration (including swinging) of the tray is effectively suppressed. A holding part has a surface shape made narrower in space from the tray toward the direction of an arrow A'. Thus, the tray vibration-absorption part is surely brought into contact with the holding part. Accordingly, noise accompanying disk rotation is stably reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
