PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for constructing a structure such as a pedestrian bridge and the artificial ground straddling a railway track. SOLUTION: A work vehicle for placing a construction member in arrangement substantially parallel to the railway track, and a work vehicle placed with a carriage for arranging a turntable in an upper end are arranged side by side. Beams of both work vehicles are integrated by being connected with each other. The carriage is moved and arranged almost immediately below the construction member. A stand is lowered, and the construction member is transferred to the carriage. The carriage placed with the construction member is moved to a substantially intermediate position of both work vehicles. A jack and the beam for suspending the construction member are connected by a PC steel wire, and the beam is suspended by the jack, and the construction member is inserted and supported from between stringing wires. The construction member is rotated at 90°by the turntable of the carriage, and both ends of the construction member are installed on and fixed to structures constructed on both sides of the railway track.
