PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing liquid for a cement-based solidified material which has excellent infiltration to a cement solidified material, is capable of increasing the strength of the surface and the inside and exhibits the neutralization suppressing effect and the efflorescence phenomenon suppressing effect at the same time. SOLUTION: The reinforcing liquid for the cement-based solidified material is used to infiltrate into the cement solidified material and is prepared by fractionizing a mixed solution of a water-soluble silicate and water.
