<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the degree of freedom of design without causing the problem of a stain when operating a door for opening. <P>SOLUTION: An inclined face D1 gradually inclining to the vehicle outside toward the outer edge, is constituted in a position covered with a vehicle body B when a door D is in a door closing state in a panel for constituting an end surface part of the door D and operable from the outside only when the door D is in a door opening state.
