PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier circuit capable of realizing a voltage buffer which can prevent the occurrence of overshoot or undershoot in an output waveform at the rise of the operational amplifier circuit and at the time of a step input even when the output impedance of a module for generating an input signal to the operational amplifier circuit is high. SOLUTION: A signal input part is of a folded cascade type, a pair of transistors M3, M4 of which the gates and drains are mutually connected are connected between the drains of a differential pair of transistors M1, M2 and a power supply, and when the differential pair of transistors M1, M2 are balanced, operation points are determined so that the pair of transistors M3, M4 of which the gates and drains are mutually connected are put in OFF states.
