PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserving tank mounting structure for a motor fan shroud having mounting strength while preventing the occurrence of rattling with positioning and come-off preventing action. SOLUTION: A left side insertion holding part 4 has holding faces 41, 42 opposed to each other in the longitudinal direction and the front side holding face 41 has an approximately semispherical locking protrusion 41a formed protruding thereon. A mounting lug piece 21 to be inserted downward into the insertion holding part 4 has an engagement hole 21a to be positioned by the elastic engagement of the locking protrusion 41a therewith. A right side insertion holding part 5 has holding faces 51, 52 opposed to each other in the longitudinal direction. A mounting lug piece 22 has a engagement pawl portion 22a which elastically flexes when inserted downward into the insertion holding part 5 to allow the passage thereof and then which is locked to a lock wall 52a on the upper side of the insertion holding part 5 constituting a rear side holding face 52 to prevent the come-off of the mounting lug piece 22.
