PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis frame structure capable of reducing weight and rationalizing assembling process. SOLUTION: A side rail main body 15 having a rectangular closed cross-section and extending in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction, and a flange 16 projecting downward from a lateral side portion of the side rail main body 15 are integrally formed by extruding aluminum alloy. Side rail lateral cross section is set to have a shape partially closed and large in height dimensions. Therefore, parts count is reduced while ensuring stiffness. A front bolt hole 17 and a rear bolt hole 18 penetrating in a vehicular width direction are bored on the flange 16, and suspension elements are journalled in the bolt holes 17, 18.
