The tube (2) to be inserted into the opening resulting from a laryngectomy is fitted with an elastic conical sealing element (3) inserted partly into the tube (2) in order to detain the air stream created when speaking. A filter housing (1) with an insert (10) and a lid (8) engaging with a rounded border (9) is joined to the tube (2) with a locking ring (4) accommodated in a surrounding groove (5). The arrangement is attached to the skin of the patient with a special plaster (11).
