PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent miss convergence in the Y axis horizontal direction in an image screen upper part with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A coma coil is composed of a first coma coil part 151 corresponding to the image screen upper part, and a second coma coil part 152 corresponding to an image screen lower part. The first and second coma coil parts are composed of a series circuit by first and second coils 111a and 111c and a diode D<SB>1</SB>, a resistance R<SB>1</SB>connected to either one coil of the first and second coils so as to become parallel to the diode, a series circuit by third and fourth coils 111b and 111d and a diode D<SB>2</SB>, and a resistance R<SB>2</SB>connected to either one coil of the third and fourth coils so as to become parallel to the diode D<SB>2</SB>.
