PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger type compressor sealing device having improved sealing performance by increasing the pressure resistance and durability.

SOLUTION: The sealing device comprises a plurality of packing seals 3, 4 laminated on a plunger 1 in its axial direction, a U-packing seal 3 formed of hydrogenated nitrile rubber and arranged at the end on the high pressure side, and a plurality of V-packing seals 4 formed of an aromatic polyester heat resistant resin and arranged on the low pressure side of the U-packing seal 3.
