PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic circuit device, which can easily secure desired flatness as to a mounting face for attaching it to an external apparatus without enlarging itself or dropping the efficiency of a magnetic circuit, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The magnetic circuit device 10 has a yoke 12 which includes a pair of yoke plate parts 14 counterposed via an air gap G, and a permanent magnet 20 which is arranged on the main face 18 on air gap side of at least either of the yoke plate parts 14 in a pair. The outer main face 22 of at least either of the yoke plate parts 14 in a pair is equipped with an external apparatus mounting part 24 whose end 28 is projected from the outer main face 22 concerned. The yoke plate part 14 is provided with an external apparatus mounting hole 26, and the external apparatus mounting part 24 is ring-shaped, and besides it is provided coaxially with the external apparatus mounting hole 26.
