PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreciprocal circuit element with excellent assembling performance, high productivity at a low cost, and excellent performance, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The nonreciprocal circuit element is provided with: a dielectric body 6 made of a laminated plate wherein a plurality of insulating thin plates are laminated; first, second and third center conductors 7, 8, 9 formed to different laminated positions of the dielectric body 6 and arranged in a way part of which is vertically crossed to each other; a flat ferrite member 11 arranged to a lower face of the dielectric body 6, a plurality of capacitors C1, C2, C3 located to the lower face of the dielectric body 6; and a case K for containing the ferrite member 11. A semi-product body H is configured by integrating the dielectric body 6 including the center conductors 7, 8, 9, the ferrite member 11, and the capacitors C1, C2, C3, and the semi-product body H is assembled into the case K.
