PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device realizing thinning and capable of operating a shutter blade and an ND filter by a small number of components. SOLUTION: In the shutter device 21, a 1st magnet 24a is fixed on either surface of a 1st link member 23, and is magnetized to have both magnetic poles with a turning supporting part 23a as a boundary, and a 1st coil 32a is disposed on an upper side opposed to the 1st magnet 23a. Then, magnetic flux generated by energizing the 1st coil 32a acts on the magnetic flux of both magnetic poles of the 1st magnet 24a, whereby the 1st link member 23 turns like a seesaw with the turning supporting part 23a as a fulcrum, and the shutter blade 29 can open/close an aperture part 26a.
