PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for skill training enabling a trainee to surely and efficiently learn a unified training content at low cost. SOLUTION: A storage medium with moving pictures recorded thereon is disclosed, the moving pictures showing changes in ambient situation taking place at a real site in a short period of time as a result of a series of operations of a trainee who takes the training. The moving pictures are constituted in a way that: after consecutive images showing the changes in situation when the trainee performs an inappropriate operation, consecutive images showing the changes in situation when the trainee performs an appropriate operation are connected; characters or speech expressing explanation of the situation, comments on notandums or the like are added to a necessary part of the right images, so that the trainee can easily comprehend, with the realistic sensation, what the appropriate operations should be by watching the right consecutive images while viewing the character expression and listening to the speech expression. Also, the storage medium is constituted so as to be played with a screen display apparatus having a reproduction function of the medium and being widely used in ordinary homes.
