PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic processing device where the covers of both a printer part and a processor part are opened in optional order when they are opened. SOLUTION: In the photographic processing device, the printer part for performing exposure processing to printing paper and the processor part for developing the printing paper to which the exposure processing has been performed are integrally provided, and the cover for closing the upper end of the printer part is provided to be freely opened/closed based on rocking operation around a shaft center turning sideways and fixed in the main body of the printer part, and the shaft center is provided upper than the lower end on the free end side of the cover. A hinge coupling mechanism H supporting the cover 30 in the main body 27 is constituted so that a locus drawn by the free end Q of the cover 30 by the opening operation of the cover 30 may include an initial locus L1 extended nearly linearly toward an upper side.
