PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an imaging apparatus having seal structure by which internal airtight state is held and cooling performance is not deteriorated even when the apparatus is used in environment where a large difference exists between internal pressure and external pressure, and where a sliding seal can be easily exchanged when it is worn. SOLUTION: The sliding seal is arranged around the turning shaft of a windshield body. The diameter of a surface on which the sliding seal slides and the circle diameter of the addendum of the gear of a shaft equipped with the gear for transmitting motive power, and the diameter of the fit surface of the shaft to a ring are made smaller than the inside diameter of the sliding surface of the sliding seal, so that the sliding seal is made detachable, and it is pressed tightly by a coil spring so as to secure the airtightness of the imaging apparatus.
