PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for making a structure simple by improving the visible angle characteristics and the luminance characteristics. SOLUTION: The display device 1 comprises a light-emitting means 2 for emitting light in response to prescribed display data, a light waveguide means 3 for guiding the light made incident from the light-emitting means 2, and a display panel P having an addressing means 4 extracting light in the light waveguide means 3, in response to the prescribed display data.
