<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing implement which is made much easier to use and more convenient than a rod-like one by making it flat and usable by only putting it on the fingers or an arm, although there has been the rod-like one alone heretofore. <P>SOLUTION: A metal part of the tip of a ballpoint pen is fixed by caulking to the central part of one side of a pack of a plastic or the like wherein ink is packed, and the pack is stuck to an elastic or fittable-removable strap.
