<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrolyte material for a fuel cell provided with high proton conductivity in a non humidified and non aqueous state. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte material for the fuel cell is provided with a proton conduction system constituted from a base provided with at least (a) Broensted acid and (b) a pair of unshared electrons.
