<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus preventing transfer material which should be removed from damage or remaining inside the apparatus and damage to a part inside the apparatus by easily carrying out jamming processing when jamming occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided with a post process means 8d transporting the transfer material with the transportation failure to a specified position and an action of at least one image carrier 1d is stopped when transportation of the transfer material by a post process means 8d is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
