<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle use management system capable of promoting reuse of a rental vehicle and significantly reduce the vehicle rental management cost by issuing an ID card with IC tag for vehicle rental to a user, and managing the vehicle rental by use of information written in a memory of the card. <P>SOLUTION: Identification information from RFID storing identification information of the rental vehicle, and a rental period associated with the identification information of the rental vehicle is identified.
