<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively restart the operation of a plurality of jobs which break down by the same failure factor after restoring the failure factor. <P>SOLUTION: A failure information receiving means 1a receives, in the event of a failure, failure information including job own information outputted by jobs 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b and the failure factor. A database storage means 1b classifies the failure information by failure factors and stores it in a failure management database 1f. A failure factor receiving means 1c receives the failure factor inputted by an operator resulted from restoration of the failure factor. A job retrieval means 1d retrieves the jobs 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b corresponding to the failure factor in reference to the failure management database 1f.
