<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing the glue material of an electric cable based on a solvent replenishment type continuous extraction method which uses a solvent heating extraction method in cleaning, resulting in an increase of the temperature which in turn improves the solubilities of the glue material and the fat and oil and thereby enhances the separating effect. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the first step of putting a waste electric cable 9 charged with a glue material in a cleaning vessel 1, the second step of bringing a solvent to the boil by a first heating device 6, introducing the evaporated vapor into a cooling solidification device 3 through a conduit 4 and bringing the conduit 4 into contact with the vessel 1, the third step of introducing the solvent cooling-solidified by the device 3 into the vessel 1, the fourth step of immersing the cable 9 in the solvent, heating the vessel by the conduit 4 and introducing a solution containing a fat and oil or a waterproof glue material into an evaporation concentration vessel 2 through a liquid carrying conduit 5, the fifth step of heating the vessel 2, concentrating and accumulating the eluted glue material or fat and oil in the vessel 2 and adding the solvent vapor to the vessel 1 after evaporation and cooling solidification for repeated use and the sixth step of repeating the second or fifth step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
