PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjusting device capable of setting a large angle of rotation and restricting lost motion small. SOLUTION: A positioning mechanism 4 is provided to rotate a table 2 on a base 6 for positioning in the predetermined rotating direction. The positioning mechanism is provided with a ball screw 10 as a feeding screw having a screw shaft 8 extended in a direction crossing an arm part 2a and a connecting part for converting linear motion by the ball screw to circular motion within the predetermined range to transmit it to the table. The connecting part is provided with a linear guide for the connecting part provided in a bracket 16 and a connecting mechanism for connecting the table to the linear guide for the connecting part. The linear guide for the connecting part is provided with a pair of guide rails 24a and 24b extended in a direction crossing the screw shaft of the feeding screw, and provided with a pair of sliders 26a and 26b freely to move along these guide rails.
