PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust/dirt, or the like from entering by narrowing feeding width, to miniaturize a device, and to prevent a harmful effect involved in the solution. SOLUTION: A cam 43 is mounted to the shaft end of a feed roller shaft 11a, and power is transmitted from the cam 43 to a return lever 12 for returning a form to the upstream side via a rocking member 45. Since a feeding device is composed rotatably with the feed roller shaft 11a as a center, the position of a cam follower 45b to the cam 43 is changed by a prescribed amount toward a non-protrusion section 43d from a protrusion section 43b formed at the cam 43 by the rotary operation of the feeding device. A connection surface toward the non-protrusion section 43d from the protrusion section 43b is formed on a gentle convex surface. As a result, in the case of the rotary operation of the feeding device, the cam follower 45b does not fall at the non-protrusion section 43d, thus returning the feeding device to the usage state easily.
