PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine constituted so that a display panel member can very easily be exchanged without opening a front door every time at the time of replacing the display panel of a display panel device. SOLUTION: A slot machine 10 is constituted so as to control a drum reel device 27 and execute putout by a role drawing result by a role drawing program of a ROM device. The slot machine 10 is provided with a display panel frame 19 visibly holding the display panel member 26 below the drum reel device 27 on the front surface of a game machine body (11a, 11b). The display panel frame 19 is provided with a pair of rail members 19a and 19b fixed to the front surface of the game machine body (11a, 11b) for freely slidably guiding the edge parts 26a and 26b of the display panel member 26. The rail members 19a and 19b are provided with a guide groove part 30 on an upper side part, a left side part or a right side part by opening it so as to receive the edge parts 26a and 26b of the display panel member 26.
