PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which grain culms are not often surely conveyed by root/ear-conveying devices, though reaped grain culms conveyed by a raking and conveying apparatus are taken over by a root part-conveying device and an ear tip-conveying device, and the root part side is conveyed by the root part-conveying device and the ear side is conveyed by the ear tip-conveying device and they are fed to a thresher. SOLUTION: In the grain culms-conveying apparatus, the root part-conveying device for taking over the reaped grain culms from the raking and conveying apparatus and conveying the root part side to a backward upper part and left/right ear-conveying devices for taking over the reaped grain culms from the above apparatus and conveying the ear side are installed, and a left conveying star wheel to be moved installed on the upper side of conveying start end of the root part-conveying device and driven by a right driving star wheel is installed. The left ear-conveying lag of the left ear-conveying device is installed at a position lower by a prescribed height than a position of the right ear-conveying lag of the right ear-conveying device. The chain rate of a root part-conveying chain of the left ear-conveying device is set to have nearly same rate as the peripheral speed of the top of the left ear-conveying lag of the left ear-conveying device, and the root part-conveying chain of the root part-conveying device is divided into two parts of front/rear root parts-conveying chains.
