<p>The device is assembled of a first shaping part (3, 3a) positioned between the molars of the upper jaw (2) and the molars of the lower jaw (1) joined to the lower jaw (1) and a similar second part (7) joined to the upper jaw (2). Both parts (3, 7) are provided with complementary inclined and reinforced outer ends (6, 16). The second part (7) is divided into two elements (8, 13, 15), one of them (13) stationary joined to the jaw (2) and the other (15) adjustable regarding its distance from the first element (13). The adjusting process is performed with a specifically designed spreading screw (9).</p> |
