The present invention is directed to methods and compositions for the treatment of lipodystrophy. The methods contemplate treatment of lipodystrop hy in both HIV and non-HIV patients. More specifically, the methods are directe d to a combination therapy that employs growth hormone and statins to effect treatment of lipodystrophy.
