摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind collecting device for increasing the effective utilization factor of a wind power generation device and a device for increasing the amount of a generated power by increasing a wind receiving area which are capable of increasing the economic profit of consumers by increasing the efficiency thereof and installing the wind power generation device though the propagation of the wind power generation device which can develop the maximum power among natural energies is delayed since it is not paid economically. <P>SOLUTION: To increase the productivity of a wind mill, the wind receiving area of the wind mill had to be increased. To solve this problem, the wind receiving area is increased by installing the device for taking wind therein by the method of the wind mill to increase the productivity, or the wind receiving device is always opposed to the wind by a direction rudder at the top thereof. Accordingly, the wind mill can receive the wind by always selecting a strong wind even if the wind is a turbulent flow.
