<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink capable of radiating heat without generating noise like a fan, imposing an economic burden, nor causing drawbacks like a conventional heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: This heat sink 200 includes a heat sink body 210 and a heat transmitting member 220 coupled thereto. The heat sink body 210 and the heat transmitting member 220 are arranged such that they each contact a different section of an electronic apparatus such as a PCMCIA card 100. The heat sink 200 is integrated into an electronic apparatus connector 400 that enables the heat sink 200 to move parallel with the electronic apparatus 100 during insertion and extraction.
