<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a coil-type current sensor of detection sensitivity not much affected even if accuracy in attachment position to a hall element varies. <P>SOLUTION: Two coils through which a current under detection flows are disposed opposite to each other with a detection space therebetween. In the detection space, the two coils are caused to generate magnetic flux having a magnetic flux density corresponding to the current under detection while disposing the hall element in the detection space.
