<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move headers, text data, attachment file portions, and to easily discriminate which portion is being read aloud in reading electronic mail. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic mail is divided into the header portion, text portion, and attachment file portion. Data for reading each portion aloud are prepared. A user instructs the start and termination of reading aloud, and movement to the next portion, the previous portion, the next electronic mail, and the previous electronic mail.
