PARTITIONING MEMBER FOR LIQUID FILLING TYPE VIBRATION ISOLATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of the partitioning member of a liquid filling type vibration isolation device. SOLUTION: The partitioning member 1 of the liquid filling type vibration isolation device is provided with a ring fitment 2 having an orifice groove 7 formed in a peripheral edge part and the outer periphery side of which is released; and a rubber-like elastic film 3 closing the opening of the ring fitment 2 and formed such that a space surrounded with the orifice groove 7 and the inner peripheral surface of a liquid chamber is formed into an orifice 8. The ring fitment 2 is formed so that a first fitment 24 and a second fitment 25 are combined with each other and the first fitment 24 and the second fitment 25 are formed by press processing, and the two fitments are integrally formed by utilizing the rubber-like elastic film 3 to close its opening. This constitution can form the ring fitment 2 in a complicated shape having an orifice groove 7 for an orifice by simple processing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
