PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly clear decorative film laminated metal plate having a print clarity equal to or higher than a highly clear decorative sheet using a conventional polyvinyl chloride resin film. SOLUTION: In a decorative film laminated metal plate formed of overlaying a metal plate with a non-chlorine decorative film that is a laminate of an adhesive resin layer 3, a substrate resin layer 4, a print layer 5 and a transparent surface resin layer 6 in an order from the metal plate side, the highly clear decorative film laminated metal plate is characterized in that the substrate resin layer is not embossed and has a surface ratio of an air bubble present on the interface between the film and the metal plate at 1% or smaller.
