PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage drying disposer capable of drying garbage in a short time with a small consumption of electricity. SOLUTION: This garbage drying disposer is provided with a roughly cylindrical roller 5 carrying charged garbage 3, a heating means 6 heating a surface of the roller 5, and a roughly arc-like guide 7 provided via a certain space from the surface of the roller 5. The disposer is constituted so that garbage 3 is carried between the roller 5 and guide 7 and heated on the surface of the roller 5. Thus, garbage 3 can be heated on the surface of the roller 5 while being carried by the roller 5, heat efficiency to garbage 3 is improved to cause little unevenness of temperature, and the continuous charging of garbage 3 can be possible.
