PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driving device which can position components required for assembling even by reducing the number of the components by improving assemblability of a motor. SOLUTION: The motor 10 is axially inserted from an opening 14b into the motor case 14, the axial one end face of a stator is bumped against the inner wall surface 14d of the case, and a cover 17 is engaged within the opening 14b.
